Please note that customs turnaround times may vary, but this information will be provided before you complete your order.

PAYMENT—
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal (Pay in 4), and Afterpay.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS—
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore, So Sassy does NOT accept returns or exchanges for products. A refund will only be issued after a product has been shipped if it is defective. We will not provide refunds or shop credit if you do not indicate any preferences at checkout. If you need to modify your preferences for an order, please reach out to us via email or send a personal message.

CHOKING HAZARD—
Our products feature small beads, rhinestones, embellishments, and various small hardware. While I ensure that everything is securely attached, it is crucial that children are NEVER left unattended with any of our items for safety reasons.
